Join Ayla for a 90-minute yoga and nourishment session with rest and wellness facilitator Mea Johnson, which includes a meal centered on New England local foods, gentle movements to warm the body, and restful poses as we enter a season of hibernation. Participants will receive information about the food provided (beans, squash, and potatoes), practice focusing on food and flavor during a silent meal, and then rest and digest. They will then be guided through gentle movement and rest.

30-Min Core Sculpt Flow with Amanda
Wake up your body in just 30 minutes with this creative, energizing class designed to build core strength, mobility, and total-body stability. We’ll flow through yoga-inspired sequences, layer in barre and Pilates moves, and add optional props like light weights, resistance bands, or a Pilates ball for an extra challenge.
Everything is made from mat-based materials with plenty of modifications! no equipment required. Expect a fun, efficient blend of strength and stretch.
